Applications are not open yet. We are still building the operator network.
Take service calls from home, paid per booked job.
You take inbound service calls from our queue in our console, book the job, and get paid for the bookings you make. You choose when you’re on the line. Applications aren’t open yet; leave your details to be first when they are.
We will write when we open in your region. No commitment, and nothing to pay.
How it will work
1.A call comes in
Tessa, our AI receptionist, picks up first and handles the routine ones. When the caller wants a person, the call comes to whoever is on the line, with the conversation so far already on your screen.
2.You book it
The console shows real availability and writes straight into the schedule. No forms to email, no second system.
3.You are paid per booking
Per booked job, not per hour and not per minute on the phone. The amount is agreed with you before you start.
What you need
- A quiet room and a headset
- A computer and a stable internet connection
- Conversational English: you will be speaking to customers in the United States
- Willingness to be on the line during US working hours
Straight answers
- We are not open yet. Nobody is working the queue today and there is no start date we can promise you.
- We are not publishing what it pays. There is no single rate yet, and a number we invented for a landing page would be worth nothing to you.
- There is nothing to pay us, now or later: no training fee, no equipment to buy from us, no subscription. If anyone tells you otherwise, it is not us.
- Leaving an application is not an offer of work, and we may not be able to write back to everyone.
Questions
How much does it pay?
Per booked job, and the amount is agreed with you individually before you start. We are deliberately not printing a figure here: there is no single rate yet, and a number on a landing page is not a promise anyone should plan around.
Is this employment?
No. It is contract work, on a written agreement, and you handle your own taxes where you live. We will set out the exact terms in writing before you take a single call.
Do I need to be in the United States?
No. The customers are, you do not have to be. You do need conversational English and to be available during their working hours.
How many hours?
You choose when you go on the line. There is no minimum and no assigned shift.
Do I pay for anything?
No. Not to apply, not to train, not to work. Ever.
When do you open?
We do not have a date. When we do open in your region, we will write to the people who applied.
Want to be first in line?
Leave your details. When we open, you hear from us before the page does.
