Tessa, our AI voice agent, answers every inbound call the second it rings — 24/7 — and warm-transfers a ready-to-close caller to your operator with the whole picture already on screen: who's calling, what they've said, and how to answer as that client's business. You sign your own client businesses, set each rate, and see every dollar in a settlements ledger both sides can audit. We provide the software — Tessa, the operator console, the CRM booking, and the ledger.
Concierge onboarding — we set up your pool with you on one call. Self-serve signup isn’t open yet.
This is a software subscription, not a franchise or business-opportunity package. We provide the software; we do not provide customers and do not guarantee bookings or income.
The settlements ledger
This is the ledger a manager and an operator open on the same numbers — pool revenue on one side, operator payroll on the other, reconciled per booked job. Nobody has to trust the math; they can read it.
Operators see the same rows and their own payout column, exportable to you on request. The varying $10 / $12 / $15 rates show the per-client rate you set; the $5–$7 payouts show the operator share you set.
Illustrative ledger. Figures are examples, not a specific pool’s results, and not a prediction of any pool’s revenue or margin.
Software, not a lead source
You bring or sign your own client businesses. The relationships, the per-booked-job rates, and your operator roster are all yours — that’s your book, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
10service is the software your pool runs on: Tessa on every inbound call, the warm-transfer console your operators work from, the booking into each client’s own CRM, and the two-sided settlements ledger. We don’t find, refer, match, or supply your customers — client acquisition is yours.
We’re a software platform — not a franchise, a lead broker, or a client marketplace.
Why pools leave the old model
Legacy IBO networks can charge you before your first live call — up to $250 for certification (historically unpaid), monthly platform fees, plus standing up an LLC just to start (per the 2024 FTC action and public reporting).
$35 for your first operator seat, $15 for each one after — and a 3-day trial before you owe a cent. No certification tax, no equipment to buy, no pay-to-work fees.
On the old model operators clock in and stare at an empty queue — paid only for talk time, so every slow hour is one they eat.
Tessa holds the line 24/7 and only rings a human when a caller actually wants one. Your operators work warm, ready-to-book conversations instead of dead air.
The classic IBO complaint: the payout math is a black box, and you never quite know what got skimmed before anyone saw a dime.
Every booked job is one line in a settlements ledger both you and your operators can open — pool revenue and operator payroll, side by side, nothing blended or hidden.
Two or three operators can't cover nights, weekends, and holidays — so you either miss calls or burn out your best people.
Tessa is the graveyard shift. She answers every hour you can’t staff, books what she can, and only escalates the calls worth waking someone for — so a small team effectively sells around the clock.
Operators fumble unfamiliar businesses — no context, the wrong greeting, a lost booking.
The warm transfer carries the caller’s info, the AI conversation so far, and the client’s brief. Your operator answers as that business and books straight into its CRM.
On most 'start your own call center' pitches you do the selling, but the platform ends up owning the client relationship.
You sign your own client businesses and set each one’s per-booked-job rate. Your book stays yours — we don’t solicit, reassign, or resell your clients.
How a call becomes a booking
Every inbound call hits our AI voice agent 24/7. She identifies herself as an automated assistant, greets the caller as the client’s business, triages, and handles the routine questions.
When the caller asks for a human or a real booking, Tessa hands your operator the live call plus a context panel: caller identity, the conversation so far, and the client’s brief.
Your operator closes the booking as that business. It lands in the client’s own CRM, and the booked job posts to the settlements ledger at the rate you set.
Everything a pool needs to run
An AI voice agent answers every inbound call on the first ring, around the clock, greeting each caller as the client’s business and self-identifying as an automated assistant.
On transfer your operator sees the caller, the AI conversation so far, and the client’s brief — then books straight into that client’s CRM.
$35 for your first operator seat and $15 for each one after, on a 3-day trial. No certification, equipment, or per-minute meter.
Charge each of your client businesses per booked job — a default of $12, configurable per client. You set it and keep the spread over what you pay operators.
Pool revenue and operator payroll, side by side, reconciled per booked job — both you and your operators audit the same numbers.
Bring your own team and sign your own businesses. Your roster and your book stay yours; we don’t reassign or resell them.
A worked example
An honest illustration — not a promise. Your numbers depend on the clients you sign, the rates you set, your call volume, and how you run and pay your team.
At the default $12 per booked job, a three-operator pool ($35 + $15 + $15 = $65/mo) is covered by 6 booked jobs in a month ($72). This is the cost side only — what a booking is worth against a known seat cost — not a prediction of how many you’ll book.
6 booked jobs × $12 = $72 ≥ $65 seat cost
| Line | Amount | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Operator seats | 3 seats | 1st seat $35/mo, +$15/mo each after |
| Monthly seat cost | $65 / mo | $35 + $15 + $15 |
| Your rate to clients | $12 per booked job | you set this per client; $12 is the default |
| Booked jobs (arbitrary example) | 200 | an illustrative number — not typical, not predicted, no timeframe |
| Gross client billings | $2,400 | 200 × $12 |
| Less: platform seat cost | − $65 | the seat line above |
| Contribution before your costs | $2,335 | before operator pay and everything below |
This figure does not include what you pay your operators, payroll taxes, or any other cost of running your business. Those come out of the contribution above and are entirely yours to manage. We deliberately do not show a “net profit” or “take-home” line, because your operator pay and costs — which we don’t set — determine it.
Hypothetical cost illustration for explanation only — not a prediction, projection, or guarantee of earnings, revenue, or booked-job volume. The job count shown is an arbitrary example, not a typical result and not what any pool is likely to book; no timeframe is implied. Actual results depend on the clients you sign, the rates you set, your call volume, operator pay, and your own costs. 10service makes no guarantee of income.
If you’ve been burned before, the AI pitch can sound like the setup for replacing you. It isn’t. Tessa doesn’t answer instead of your operators — she exists so your operators never sit through dead air waiting for the phone to ring.
She catches every call the instant it rings, handles the routine ones, and covers the hours no small team can staff. The moment a caller wants a human — a real booking, a real question, a real sale — she warm-transfers to your operator with the whole conversation already on screen.
The pattern is simple: Tessa does the waiting; your people do the talking that gets paid. The human still closes and books every job.

For the operators you’ll hire
Share this with the operators you’re recruiting — it’s about them, not you.
Tessa handles idle and after-hours calls; operators get warm, ready-to-book transfers instead of an empty queue.
No certification tax and no equipment buy-in to join a pool. Operators don’t pay to work.
The same settlements ledger shows each operator exactly what they earned, line by line, per booked job.
Operator pay is set by each pool, not by 10service, and amounts vary by pool. 10service does not employ, schedule, discipline, or pay operators.
Straight answers
No. Seats are $35 for your first operator and $15 for each one after, on a 3-day trial — no certification tax, no equipment buy-in, no pay-to-work fees. It’s a software subscription, not a business-opportunity package.
From you. You sign your own clients; that’s your book and it stays yours. We don’t supply, refer, or match customers to your pool — we provide the software to run the clients you sign: Tessa, the operator console, CRM booking, and the settlements ledger.
Yours. Clients you sign are your roster — you hold the relationship and set their per-booked-job rate. If you ever leave, they leave with you. Our Terms commit us not to solicit, contact, market to, reassign, or resell your clients, and to export your client data to you on exit.
No. We don’t sell answering services against you — our business is the seats and software your agency runs on. The more your pool books, the better we do; our incentives point the same direction as yours.
Tessa answers every inbound call instantly, 24/7, self-identifies as an automated assistant, greets callers as the client’s business, handles routine questions, and covers the hours you can’t staff. When a caller wants a person or a booking, she warm-transfers to an operator with the full context on screen. Your operators do the human conversations that close and book.
Yes. Tessa identifies herself as an automated assistant at the start of the call, and calls may be recorded with notice. A live operator joins on transfer.
Yes — that’s the whole point. Tessa and your operators greet each caller as that client’s business, using the client’s brief. Callers experience the client’s brand, never ours.
You decide, per operator. You are the employer of record, and worker classification is your responsibility — states differ, and California and others apply an ABC / economic-reality test. Our pay tooling flags local wage-and-hour rules (for example, California requires hourly/minimum-wage pay, so per-booking-only compensation is blocked), the way payroll software helps, without us setting your wages. Every operator’s pay posts to the settlements ledger so both of you can reconcile it.
Tessa discloses she’s an automated assistant at call start, and calls may be recorded and disclosed according to the caller’s and operator’s jurisdictions. Calls may be handled by contracted operators, possibly outside the US, under service-provider terms. See our Call-Recording & AI Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and DPA / Subprocessors. You remain responsible for how you operate your agency; this isn’t legal advice — confirm the rules that apply to you.
Your clients and the relationships are yours. You can see and export your pool’s calls, bookings, and settlements. We hold the data as the platform you operate on; our Terms bind us not to sell your clients or use your roster to compete with you, and to export and delete your client data on exit.
No long-term lock-in. Start on a 3-day trial, then continue month to month on seats. If you leave, you take your clients, your rates, and your roster with you.
Because you can test us on a trial and never pay to start, we onboard you by hand, and nothing about your roster is locked in. Being early is exactly when the founding terms are best.
These aren’t slogans — each one is written into your Terms of Service as a binding, breachable commitment.
Every clause above lives in the binding agreement with a survival term and an audit right — the settlements ledger is your audit trail.
What happens after you request access
Tell us about your pool — team size, the clients you have or want, and how you’d like to run it. Self-serve signup isn’t open yet; every agency is onboarded by a person.
We set up your seats, numbers, routing, and Tessa’s greeting with you, and walk your operators through the console until they’re comfortable on live calls.
Point one client’s calls at your pool and you can be booking jobs within days — then add clients and seats at your own pace.
What you’ll pay

Software subscription. 10service is a software subscription (SaaS). It is not a franchise, business opportunity, territory, or “business-in-a-box” for sale. We provide software — Tessa, the operator console, CRM booking, and the settlements ledger. We do not provide, refer, match, or help you obtain customers, accounts, or leads, and we do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or income.
Earnings. Any figures on this page are illustrative examples for explanation only — not a prediction, projection, or guarantee of earnings. Job counts shown are arbitrary and are not typical results. Actual results depend on the clients you sign, the rates you set, your call volume, operator pay, and your own costs. 10service makes no earnings claim.
Worker classification. You are the employer of record for your operators. 10service does not employ, hire, schedule, discipline, or pay your operators. Worker classification is your responsibility and varies by state — California and others apply an ABC / economic-reality test. Our pay tooling flags local wage-and-hour rules (for example, California requires hourly/minimum-wage pay, so per-booking-only compensation is blocked) as software assistance, like payroll software — not as us setting your wages.
Recording & AI. Inbound calls are answered by our AI assistant Tessa, who identifies herself as automated, and — on transfer — by live operators; calls may be recorded and disclosed per the caller’s and operator’s jurisdictions, and may be handled by contracted operators, possibly outside the US, under service-provider terms.
