1. Who We Are

10service (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a multi-tenant SaaS platform for home service businesses. We act as a data processor / service provider on behalf of the businesses (“tenants”) that use our platform. The tenant businesses are the data controllers — they decide what customer data to collect and how to use it. We process that data solely to provide our services.

2. Information We Collect

Provided by you: Name, email, phone number, physical address, service details when you request services or create an account.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, usage patterns, cookies for authentication.

AI voice calls: When you call a business using our AI dispatcher, your call is processed by our AI voice agent (powered by Bland AI). Calls may be recorded and transcribed for service quality, appointment scheduling, and dispute resolution. Call recordings are retained for up to 90 days unless required longer for legal purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve our services, connect you with service technicians, process appointments and scheduling, send service-related communications (SMS, email), process payments via Stripe, and comply with legal obligations.

We do NOT use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or combine data across different tenant businesses for our own purposes.

4. Sub-Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data only as necessary for its stated purpose.

5. Data Retention

Financial records (invoices, payments, commissions): 7 years (IRS requirement).
Operational data (leads, orders, appointments): 1 year after last activity, then anonymized.
Call recordings: 90 days.
Account data: Retained while account is active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account closure upon request.

6. Your Rights (CCPA / California Residents)

California residents have the right to:
  • Know what personal information is collected about you
  • Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Access your personal information in a portable format
  • Opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@10service.app. We will respond within 45 days.

If your data is managed by one of our tenant businesses, we will coordinate with that business to fulfill your request.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted database connections, access controls with role-based permissions, audit logging of administrative access, regular security assessments, and tenant data isolation.

8. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify the affected tenant business within 72 hours of discovery. The tenant business is responsible for notifying affected individuals as required by applicable law. We will cooperate fully with investigation and remediation.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
