1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 10service.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

10service.app is a cloud-based software platform (SaaS) that provides customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and business management tools for home service companies. We provide the software; you run your business.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to 10service.app requires a paid subscription after the trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Usage-based charges (AI voice minutes) are billed at the rate specified in your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is transparent and agreed upon before charges are incurred. Subscription fees are charged automatically on your billing date.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform, including customer records, orders, invoices, and communications. We do not access, sell, or share your business data except as necessary to provide the service. You may export your data at any time.

6a. Data Processing

By using the Service, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which governs how we process personal data on your behalf. We act as a data processor (service provider under CCPA); you are the data controller (business). Our processing is limited to providing the platform services described in these Terms. 7. Limitation of Liability

10service.app provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of our platform. We maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
