A dripping faucet, a TV mount and a drywall patch each take a different amount of time, and the second job often comes up only after the first is booked. Some callers want licensed trade work you don’t do, and saying no takes your time too.

Questions
Will she know what I can and can’t do?
She works from the service list you set. Jobs on it get a window; jobs off it get a polite no.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
If a caller asks, Tessa says she’s an AI. She never claims to be a person, and she puts the caller through to you when they want one.
How does Tessa know how we handle these calls?
